Staff augmentation services, on your hours
A1Strategez provides staff augmentation services: people on our payroll who join your team and work your working day. Take a dedicated seat and direct the work yourself, or hand us a whole function and our managers run it to your guidelines. Either way, you meet the person before anything is signed.

Dedicated resources or a managed team
Two ways to add capacity. The difference is who runs the day.
Start with one seat. When the seats add up to a function, the managed model is there. how managed teams work
Where an augmented seat fits
The sales desk with no desk to spare.
The pipeline needs another salesperson and the office has no room for one. An inside seller joins remotely, works your CRM on your hours, and the floor plan stays exactly as it is.
Month-end, every month.
The finance lead loses the last week of every month to reconciliations and invoice entry. A back-office specialist takes the processing, and the finance lead gets back to the finance.
One engineer for one push.
A release is due and the product team is a pair of hands short. An engineer joins for the push, on your repository and in your stand-ups, for as long as the push needs.
Content without building a studio.
Marketing wants a steady run of learning material, video, social posts and game art. A content producer works to your brand guide and your calendar, and nobody has to fit out a studio.
These are examples, not a menu. If the work can be done remotely and you can describe it, tell us the role.
We work your hours
The person you add keeps your working day. They're online for as long as your team is and in the same meetings, so work moves inside your day instead of waiting overnight.
The people around them keep your day too. Their managers, and the people who interview candidates for you, are available in your time zone, so a shortlist call or a performance conversation happens at a normal hour for you. How that works for office and business roles: offshore staffing.
09:00 to 17:00, your time zone
One more person, not one more desk
A local hire costs more than the salary line. There's the recruitment cycle and its fees. A desk, and sometimes a bigger office to put it in. Equipment. Payroll and benefits administration. Work permits and relocation where they apply. And severance, if it ends. Say yes to one person and you've said yes to all of it.
With A1Strategez, none of that lands on you. One monthly rate per person carries the employment side, and the terms are agreed per engagement. You get an equally capable person without the overhead that comes with a local hire, which is what makes this the economical way to add capacity.

If someone leaves
People resign. When it happens, you hear it from us straight away. We line up a replacement, you interview them, and only then is it finalized. The work doesn't stop while that happens.
- Someone resigns or doesn't fit
- You hear it from us
- Replacement lined up
- You interview them
- Finalized once you agree
The work carries on throughout.
The same goes if the person isn't the right fit. Tell us, and we run the same process.
Compliance, handled to your requirement
Tell us the requirement, whether it comes from company policy, an industry rule or local law, and we work to it. It goes into the contract: a non-disclosure agreement, a data-processing agreement, standard contractual clauses for cross-border data where they apply, and access limited to what the work needs. If a requirement can't be met by an offshore team, we say so before anything is signed.
Questions buyers ask
What is staff augmentation?
Adding people to your team without hiring them yourself. They do your work, on your hours, while the provider employs them. With us you can add dedicated seats you direct, or a managed team our managers run to your guidelines.
How much does it cost?
One monthly rate per person, with terms agreed per engagement. The rate carries the employment side: payroll, benefits administration, equipment and the rest of what a local hire would put on your books. Tell us the role and the seniority and we'll price it.
How is this different from outsourcing?
With staff augmentation you get people and you direct the work. With outsourcing, sometimes called business process outsourcing or BPO, you hand a whole process to a provider who owns the outcome. We do both; the process side is our operations service. The full comparison: staff augmentation vs outsourcing.
How is it different from hiring locally or using a recruiter?
A recruiter finds the person and you employ them. A local hire is yours from day one, desk and all. With us, the person is on our payroll and you get the work. The table above lays it out row by row.
Who manages the person day to day?
It depends on the model you pick. A dedicated resource takes direction from you. In a managed team, our managers run the work and handle performance management and appraisals, to your guidelines. Either way, you get a progress and task report every week.
Can we meet the person before we commit?
Yes. You interview them before anything is signed.
Does the person work only for us?
Yes. A dedicated resource on our payroll works only for you. Use them full time or on specific work, and judge them on time spent and the quality of what they deliver.
What if someone resigns, or isn't the right fit?
You're told straight away and we line up a replacement. You interview them, and only then is it finalized. The work carries on in the meantime.
Which roles can you fill?
Think marketing, sales, technology, back office, virtual assistance, content and gaming. Those are directions to think in, not a menu. If the work can be done remotely and you can describe it, tell us the role.
What hours and time zones do you cover?
Yours. Our team is based in Lahore and keeps the client's working day, whether that's US, Gulf or European hours. Managers and interviewers are available in your time zone as well.
How do you handle compliance and our data?
You tell us the requirement and it goes into the contract: NDA, data-processing agreement, standard contractual clauses where they apply, and access limited to what the work needs.
What's the minimum commitment?
Terms, including notice, are agreed per engagement.
