Both. Most of our work is on the system you already have — we’ll only suggest moving when it genuinely makes sense. Where we do lead a migration, it’s usually because a legacy system is holding operations back, or a platform has grown bigger and costlier than it needs to be. When that’s the case we lead it end-to-end — data mapping, parallel running, phased cutover — with no big-bang weekend gambles. We’d rather extend what works than push a migration you don’t need.
