Privacy policy

This policy explains what personal information A1Strategez collects, what we do with it, and how to ask us to delete it. It covers our website, our demo calls and chats, and the emails we send.

The short version: we collect what you give us and what you say in our demos, we use it to answer you and to improve our service, we never sell it, and we delete it whenever you ask.

1. Who we are

A1Strategez LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, registered in the United States. In this policy, "A1Strategez", "we" and "us" mean A1Strategez LLC. Our team works from Lahore, Pakistan.

2. What we collect

What you give us. When you fill in a form, we collect your name, work email, phone number and company, what you are interested in, and your choice about whether we may contact you.

Your demos. When you use one of our demo agents, by phone or in your browser, we keep a written transcript of the conversation. We do not keep audio recordings. If you call one of our demo numbers, we receive the number you call from. After a call or chat we write short notes for our team about what you asked for.

Bookings. When you book a call, we collect the time you chose, your name and your email address.

Technical information. When you visit our website we collect your IP address, your browser and device type, the pages you visit, how you reached us, and information from cookies.

3. What we use it for

• To run the demo you asked for and send you what it produced
• To reply to you, follow up, and book calls
• To send you occasional emails, if you asked us to
• To improve our service and our agents, using transcripts with names removed
• To keep our website and demos working and to stop automated or abusive use

We do not use your information to make decisions about you that have legal or similar effects. Our demo agents are AI, and they say so.

We never sell your personal information.

4. Other companies involved

Running this website and our demos takes services we do not own: hosting, analytics, email delivery, scheduling, video, phone calls and transcription. We share with them only what they need in order to do their part.

Those services have their own terms and their own privacy policies, and they may set their own cookies and collect their own information. We do not control that, and this policy does not cover it. Which services we use will change over time as we change the tools we work with.

5. Cookies

We use cookies the site needs in order to work, and cookies that tell us how the site is used. Where local law requires us to ask first, we ask before setting anything beyond what the site needs, and you can change your answer at any time from the Cookie settings link at the bottom of every page. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser, though the forms and demos will stop working without the essential ones.

The other companies in section 4 may set cookies of their own, under their own terms.

6. Deleting your information, and your other choices

You can have your information deleted at any time, and we will do it. This is the part of this policy we control completely, and we mean it.

• From any of our emails. Every email has a "Delete my information" link. Open it and press the button.
• By email. Write to hello@a1strategez.com from the address you used with us, or tell us the number you called from.

We complete deletion requests within 30 days and confirm when it is done. Afterwards we keep only anonymous counts and a one-way fingerprint of your email address, so that we never contact it again, plus anything the law requires us to keep.

You can also ask us to show you what we hold, to correct it, to stop using it, or to withdraw a permission you gave us. Email us and we will do it.

Emails. Every email we send has a one-click unsubscribe link, and one click stops all of them, not only the one you are reading.

Complaints. If you are somewhere that gives you the right to complain to a data protection authority, you can do that.

7. How long we keep it

We keep personal information only as long as we have a reason to, and not longer. A deletion request ends that immediately, whatever the reason was.

8. Where it is handled

We are a United States company and our team works from Pakistan, so your information is handled in those countries and in whichever countries the services in section 4 operate from. Where the law requires safeguards for that, we use them.

9. Security

We protect your information with measures that suit its sensitivity, including limiting who can see it, encrypted connections, and confidentiality obligations in our team's contracts. No system is completely secure, so we cannot promise information will never be reached without permission. If something happens that affects you, we will tell you where the law requires it.

10. Other websites

Our website links to other websites and services. We do not control them and are not responsible for what they do with your information. Their own policies apply.

11. Children

Our website and demos are for businesses. They are not meant for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you think a child has given us information, email us and we will delete it.

12. Changes, and how to reach us

We may update this policy, and we will change the effective date above when we do.
