Terms of use

These terms apply when you use the A1Strategez website, including our demo calls, demo phone numbers and website chat. Please read them. By using the website or a demo, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the website.

1. Who we are

A1Strategez LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, registered in the United States. In these terms, "A1Strategez", "we" and "us" mean A1Strategez LLC. You can reach us at hello@a1strategez.com.

2. Using the website

You may use the website to learn about our services, try our demos and contact us. You must be at least 18 to use the demos and forms.

If you use the website for a business, you confirm that you are allowed to act for it.

3. Our demos

• They are samples. Our demo agents use sample details, such as sample opening hours, appointment slots and practice areas. A demo shows how a service could work; it isn't the finished service for your business.
• Nothing in a demo is real. The sample clinic, the sample firm, and the bookings and confirmations in our demos are examples. Nothing is really booked.
• They aren't professional advice. Nothing a demo agent says is veterinary, medical, legal or any other professional advice. A demo call to our law firm demo doesn't create a lawyer and client relationship. In a demo, a transfer to a vet or an attorney is described, not performed.
• They are AI. Our demo agents are AI, and they say so.
• Transcripts. We keep a written transcript of demo calls and a copy of chats, as our privacy policy explains. We don't keep audio recordings. By using a demo, you agree to this.
• Limits. Demos have limits, such as call length and the number of calls or messages each day. We may change the limits, pause a demo or stop offering it at any time.
• Call charges. Our demo phone numbers are US numbers. Your phone provider's usual charges apply.
• Bookings with our team. If you book a call with us during a demo, the booking is an invitation to talk. It doesn't create a contract for our services.

4. Acceptable use

When you use the website or a demo, you agree not to:

• use bots, scripts or other automated means to send messages, make calls or collect content
• send messages or calls designed to overload, break or mislead our systems or agents, including code or hidden instructions
• give false details, use someone else's details, or pretend to be someone else
• harass, threaten or abuse anyone, including our team
• send unlawful, harmful or offensive content
• copy, scrape or resell the website, the demos or their content
• try to get into parts of our systems you're not allowed to use

We may block an IP address, a phone number or an email address, end a call or chat, or refuse a form, if we think these terms are being broken. We may do this without notice.

5. Our content

The website, its text, images and design, and our demo agents and their scripts, belong to A1Strategez or to the people who license them to us. You may view and share pages for your own use. You may not copy, change or reuse our content for any other purpose without our written permission.

Names and logos of other companies on the website belong to their owners.

6. Links to other websites

The website may link to other websites and services, such as a scheduling page. We don't control them and aren't responsible for their content or how they handle your information. Their own terms and policies apply.

7. No warranties

We provide the website, the demos, the demo phone lines and the sample bookings as they are and as available, for demonstration only. Nothing on the website is an offer, a guarantee or a commitment.

We don't promise that the website or the demos will always be available, accurate, error-free or secure, or that a demo agent will always answer correctly. To the extent the law allows, we give no warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

8. Where our obligations come from

Anything we owe a client comes from a signed agreement with that client. Nothing written on this website, including our descriptions of services, plans and prices, creates an obligation or a service commitment.

9. Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows:

• we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for lost profits, revenue or data, arising from your use of the website or a demo
• nothing in these terms creates an obligation to pay you anything. If, despite the above, we are held liable for a claim arising from this website, our total liability is limited to US$100

Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law doesn't allow us to limit.

10. Indemnity

If you break these terms or the law while using the website, and someone makes a claim against A1Strategez because of it, you agree to cover our reasonable losses and costs, including legal fees, from that claim.

11. Your privacy

Our privacy policy explains how we handle your personal information, including your right to ask us to delete it.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will change the effective date at the top when we do. If you keep using the website after a change, the new terms apply.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute will be decided by the courts in Wyoming. If you are a consumer, you keep any protections the law where you live gives you.

14. General

• If any part of these terms can't be enforced, the rest still applies.
• If we don't enforce a term straight away, we can still enforce it later.
• These terms, with our privacy policy, are the whole agreement between you and us about using the website and demos. Our services to a client are governed by that client's signed agreement.
