Real estate website design for developers and new projects

When the building doesn't exist yet, the website is the show apartment. Buyers of off-plan homes judge the project, the developer and the payment plan on a screen, often from another city. Below is a working new development website with a launch hero, a list of real units, payment plans worked out in dollars and a 360° tour you can walk through. That's our real estate website design, running.

Demo 02 · Real estate

Tessaline Developments, a residential developer with six projects, from a waterfront tower launching now to villas ready to move into, plus unit listings and a furnished show apartment you can tour.

We built this site to show what we build. Tessaline Developments is an invented brand, like every brand in our demos, and none of them is a client.

What an off-plan project website has to answer

An off-plan buyer commits to something they can't touch yet. Before they register interest, the site has to settle the questions they would otherwise ask a sales agent: what will it look like, what exactly can I buy, and how do I pay for it?

A property showcase website that sells the place first.

A launch hero carries the project's key facts, and the location section shows drive times and amenities instead of adjectives.

Listings that behave like inventory.

Every unit has a floor, a view, a size and a status. Buyers filter by bedrooms, price band, view and completion date. Reserved and Sold units stay visible, labelled in words, so the list reads as real stock rather than a brochure.

Payment plans in money, not only percentages.

"20/40/40" means little until it becomes an amount. Pick a unit and the plan turns into a dollar figure for each stage, from booking to handover.

A real estate website with virtual tour built in.

Room by room, with hotspots on the finishes buyers ask about, and a still version for anyone who prefers less motion.

Try this in the demo

  1. Start the show apartment tour and move through all five rooms from the room list.

  2. In Available homes, open unit MP-1402. Its $845,000 plan puts $169,000 down on booking and spreads the rest across construction and handover.

  3. Filter the listings by sea view. Nine homes become four: three available and one reserved.

  4. On the homepage, compare the two entry cards: four off-plan projects from $280,000, and two ready to move into.

Each of those details was a decision, and on your site every one follows your own projects and prices.

Built for the whole life of a project

A project launch website has a short, busy life: the launch, the sales push, then months of construction updates until handover. We design for all of it, so the same site that announces a tower can later report its progress and, eventually, sell the last few units as ready homes.

Units and prices move quickly during a launch, and a site updated by hand falls behind. We build and run business systems as well as websites, so availability and prices can come straight from the sales system your team already works in. A unit marked Reserved there shows as Reserved here, and the payment plan always matches the current price. Every demo we've built sits on our web design page. Contractors need a site that proves finished work, and we show that one here: construction website design.

How a project starts

  1. 01

    Discover.

A call about your projects: what's launching next, and where unit availability and prices live today.

  2. 02

    Design.

We map the launch page and the listings against a real project of yours, and you click through them before anything is built.

  3. 03

    Build.

Engineered to load fast, even with renders and a tour on the page, and to stay easy to update. Delivered in working increments.

  4. 04

    Launch, and after.

We ship it in time for your launch, and we stay on for new projects and construction updates.

FAQ

Can the site show live availability from our sales system?

Yes. We build the connection as part of the project, so every unit's status and price on the site matches the records your sales team works from.

How is the virtual tour made if the building isn't finished?

From your architect's renders, arranged room by room with hotspots on the finishes. Once a show apartment exists, the tour can switch to photography.

Can one site carry several projects?

Yes. The demo carries six, each with its own page and payment plan. Buyers can move between them without losing the unit list.

Can buyers download brochures and floor plans?

Yes. Each project page offers its brochure, and each unit type has its own floor plan. The register-interest form records the unit type and budget a buyer selects.
